How to add Youtube videos onto your booking page

YouTube videos play directly on your booking page — no redirects, no extra clicks. Keep visitors engaged with interactive video right where they book.

Step 1: Go to your Warmcal Booking Page


Step 2: Click the “Add Widget” button.

Step 3: Select the YouTube widget from the list.

Step 4: Paste your YouTube video URL into the field provided.

Step 5: Click “Add”.

That’s it! 🎉 Your video will now appear on your booking page.

How to delete a YouTube video from your booking page

  1. Go to your Warmcal booking page.
  2. Hover over the top-right corner of the YouTube video you’ve added.
  3. A trash/delete icon will appear.

  4. Click the icon — the video will be removed instantly.


That’s it! 🎉 You can now add a new video or keep your page clean.
